Maddux Cross Pro MX400 Disc Wheelset UST Tubeless have sanded black UST approved tubeless welded rims. These rims feature triangle drilling and are for use with disc brakes only.

this wheelset looks great. but don\'t be deceived by its look becoz this a useless piece of art. i tried it w/ ust specific tire as well as with regular tire w/ tube and it doesn't work. the rim was too deep that makes it hard to put on/off the tire. the tire bead don't rest evenly on the edge grove of the rim and makes the tire wiggle. i'd tried five different set of tires. the rim is perfectly trued but it just won't work with the tires. i'd been building bikes for quite sometime, i'm very much familiar w/ wheelset but this is the first time i used the maddux cross pro Mx400, and its so frustrating. it's a great looking piece of art yet totally useless.
