Where it's convenient for you. Your house, office, outside, TPW headquarters, it doesn't matter.

What if I can't fix anything?
We can help you with that. Our instructors know how to deal with a lack of mechanical knowledge.

What if I already have a good grasp on basic mechanics?
That's great. We'd love to help you learn even more. Suspension and disc brakes can be a mystery for anyone who's never had them before.

How far in advance do I need to make an appointment?
Most of the time we can have an instructor to you within a day. That means you can learn to fix something, while it's broken, and probably be riding before a bike shop could have had it back to you.
